PRICES AND PROMOTIONS
The prices on the website are exclusive of VAT and net are the ones reserved for you, or related to promotions, but only if you buy on the online shop. Special conditions of a single supply agreed with the agent or with Trafimet Group, should be indicated separately in the notes field.

You will receive an email with a summary of what you ordered. After being taken over by the Sales Office, you will receive the official order confirmation from Trafimet Group. Orders are managed only during normal business hours from Monday to Friday, from 08.00 to 18.00. The orders sent by out of business hours will be managed at the reopening. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 working hours after your order, please write to: email@example.com.
If the material is available, and the order has been confirmed within 11 a.m., the shipment is scheduled for dispatch the following working day to the date of the order. If the order is sent after the hours 11 of the morning, the commodity will be expeditious within the 2 following working days to the date of the order.
In the section "my orders", you will find the summarize all of the orders. If there is the symbol P in red means that Has the order been shipped Partially, that means that there are outstanding codes. If you click the order you can check the actual date of shipment of outstanding code.
Shipping charges as per contract, general terms and conditions of sale and / or any agreements. The value of the order does not include: transportation, packaging, customs charges and other additional costs not mentioned.

The certificate of conformity is supplied to the new machine complete with the user manual and maintenance. To request a copy of the certificate of conformity, if it has been lost, simply send us a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating name and product code.
